The EU's Central European Initiative, an intergovernmental forum for political, economic and cultural co-operation, invited Dana Denis-Smith, Marker Global's managing director, to Sofia, Bulgaria, where she contributed in a debate on how to implement the next wave of economic reforms in south-eastern Europe. She also presented Marker Global's findings from its research on the region's business climate at a seminar entitled, Making the Small Count: SMEs, Regulation and Economic Reform.
